Representing the gateway to the professional world of Berkel, the slicers in the Essentia line are aimed primarily at the retail and Ho.Re.Ca. channels, although they also represent a valid solution for the needs of the food service industry.

Excellent slicing performance, the highest safety standards, and easy cleaning are the hallmarks of all our slicers and are therefore also present in the Essentia line, enhancing ease of use, speed of execution, and consequently, reducing operating costs.

The refined Berkel design, featuring soft lines, no sharp edges, and high-performance materials, is enhanced in the slicers in this product line thanks to the red techno polymer controls and minimalist lines. Essentia is available in all configurations (Gravity, Vertical Deli, Vertical Butcher, and Delicatessen) with blade combinations of different diameters from 300 to 370 mm.
