Bronze die P50 – tagliatelle and tagliolini are used on extruders to produce all types of short and long pasta, in addition to sheet pasta.
The dies are made entirely of metal to obtain a rougher pasta, or with PTFE inserts for a shinier and more transparent pasta
We make our dies in certified metal alloys that are compliant with food contact (EC Reg. 1935/04) according to the MOCA Declaration of Conformity.
