The C3 dough rounder and divider kneads, divides, and rounds pizza dough or certain types of bread, automatically producing round, perfectly sealed balls ready for rising. This semi-industrial machine can operate in a continuous cycle.

The features are:

  • The C3 prepares dough balls ready for rising. A saving of effort and time that corresponds to a significant economic advantage for your business.
  • You work alone and free yourself from lengthy dough processing phases: time and energy that you can free up to dedicate to the more stimulating aspects of your business.
  • The balls are electronically weighed and then rounded an average of 50 times before emerging perfectly closed and round, as if they were hand-made.
  • Constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum, daily cleaning is very simple.
  • The knife, dough support, cone, auger, central shaft, and rounder can be disassembled without tools in less than two minutes.
  • Access to the bowl allows you to easily remove any dough residue.
  • You can also obtain larger portions: the rounder can operate autonomously, mixing two pieces evenly up to 1200g.
  • In this case The rounder will be equipped with an optional power supply unit, and the dough portions will be inserted manually.

In the case of a bank transfer, order approval occurs only upon the actual crediting of the total purchase amount to the Granitto Group srl bank account. This must happen within 10 business days from the order creation date, after which the order is automatically canceled.

Warranty

Products sold by Italy Food Equipment are covered by a 12-month conventional warranty. This covers any product conformity defects.

  • If the product can be repaired, Italy Food Equipment will provide the necessary replacement parts to restore the product’s conformity at no cost to the customer. Labor costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, a free product replacement under warranty is provided (shipping costs and any customs duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer).

Warranty exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by installation errors or discrepancies, improper use, neglect, misuse, irregular electrical line voltages, insufficient pressure or impurities in water or gas systems, malfunction of the exhaust system, or intervention by an unauthorized third party.
