Dryer ES60 is a structure comprising thermal insulating panels joined together with an interlocking system, door comprising thermal panel edged with aluminium edging and stainless steel bottom, top and internal door-frame structure.
Upon request, the cell can be equipped with a PLC for automatic ventilation control. The cell is equipped with 20 pasta collection trays formed by a wooden frame and Aisi 304 steel mesh surface.
