Gnocchi Machine GN2

Gnocchi Machine GN2 for the production of potato gnocchi or with preparation is complete with a device for regulating the size and grooves of the gnocchi.

The machine is complete with an automatic flour duster to dust the gnocchi and a device for producing both smooth and grooved gnocchi.

  • Rear conveyor allows you to feed the gnocchi machine continuously by directing the dough directly onto the auger without having to stop the machine the auger is positioned directly on the forming block.
  • In addition to the funnel and the auger, the forming block of the mod.
  • GN2 is easily removable and this allows to speed up the cleaning operations.
  • Thanks to the rapid interchangeability of the forming block it is possible to produce gnocchi with different diameters from the classic to the small ones.
  • The parts in contact with the dough are made with food materials that offer a complete guarantee against corrosion.
  • The gnocchi machine is on wheels.

In the case of a bank transfer, order approval occurs only upon the actual crediting of the total purchase amount to the Granitto Group srl bank account. This must happen within 10 business days from the order creation date, after which the order is automatically canceled.

Warranty

Products sold by Italy Food Equipment are covered by a 12-month conventional warranty. This covers any product conformity defects.

  • If the product can be repaired, Italy Food Equipment will provide the necessary replacement parts to restore the product’s conformity at no cost to the customer. Labor costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, a free product replacement under warranty is provided (shipping costs and any customs duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer).

Warranty exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by installation errors or discrepancies, improper use, neglect, misuse, irregular electrical line voltages, insufficient pressure or impurities in water or gas systems, malfunction of the exhaust system, or intervention by an unauthorized third party.
