The RM17 ravioli machine is ideal for producing filled pasta in restaurants and small fresh pasta shops.
Compact, easy to store after use, easy to clean and with electric filling adjustment.
The RM17 ravioli machine allows the production of double sheet ravioli with INTERCHANGEABLE MOLDS. The ravioli is already cut but not separated. It can produce rectangular, square, triangular, round and half moon shapes.
It works directly using the sheet coming out of the D35 2.0 and D45-C presses, saving time and the certainty of always having perfect sheets.
