CILINDRO 420 is a pasta sheeter with rollers 420 mm wide. It carries out pasta (and pizza dough) sheeting operations by laying down the sheet directly into the baking-pan.
CILINDRO 170 (170 mm rollers’ width) and CILINDRO 340 (340 mm rollers’ width) are fast and practical pasta sheeters that can sheet pasta in different thicknesses, even very thin ones.
Pasta sheeters are also available with the kneading vat.
All machines are made of anodized aluminium in their external structure and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel. They include a safety button and a switch light; they respect all accident prevention regulations in force.
Accessories
– Tagliatelle Unit
The tagliatelle unit produces long pasta in three different sizes: tagliolini (2 mm), tagliatelle (6 mm) and pappardelle (12 mm). Special cuts (1,5 – 4 – 8 – 24 mm) and jagged-edge cuts (12 – 18 – 24 mm) are available on request.
– Ravioli Unit
It carries out the production of perfect ravioli strips, in various shapes and with different types of soft fillings made of vegetables, cheese, meat and other kinds of mixed fillings. It uses pasta sheet mm 170 wide.
– Press Unit
It carries out the production of all kinds of extruded pasta by simply replacing the extruding die (both bronze and PTFE dies are available: bronze die extrude a rough pasta while PTFE dies extrude a smooth and more transparent pasta). It includes a rotating cutting knife for short pasta.
– Gnocchi Unit
It carries out the production of gnocchi made of potatoes or made of potatoes flakes in various dimensions and with additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinaches. (It cannot be assembled with CILINDRO 340 and CILINDRO 420 with the kneading vat.)
The assembly of all the accessories is simple and practical. Some units can also be used in combination with some other machine models in our production range.

In the case of a bank transfer, order approval occurs only upon the actual crediting of the total purchase amount to the Granitto Group srl bank account. This must happen within 10 business days from the order creation date, after which the order is automatically canceled.
Products sold by Italy Food Equipment are covered by a 12-month conventional warranty. This covers any product conformity defects.
