The Dough Mixer GH 40 is the ideal machine for working dough for pizzerias, pastry shops, bakeries and families, allowing you to easily remove the bowl from the body of the machine. The particular shape of the spiral allows you to obtain perfectly mixed dough in just a few minutes.
The bowl, the spiral, the dough splitter and the protective grill are made of stainless steel in compliance with health standards. The spiral mixer has a chain transmission system and oil bath gear motor, guaranteeing robustness over time and silence. The mixers can be equipped with: single-phase motor, three-phase motor, 2-speed three-phase motor and motor with special voltages.
All machines are guaranteed for 1 year against mechanical manufacturing defects.
