Suitable for professional, even intensive, use, it is still handcrafted from painted aluminum with stainless steel details, equipped with a built-in sharpener and slice thickness adjustment via the traditional and precise mechanical movement.
The B116 Flywheel slicer has a 370 mm diameter blade and is available in black and red. All versions can be supplied with a matching cast iron stand.
